However you say it really doesn’t matter as long as you are putting it in your body. You do realize that your body needs plenty of (good) water so that it can perform every function correctly? If you are trying to lose weight, your body needs water in order to metabolize fat. Pretty much every function of the body requires water to do the job correctly.

Question: How many times do you feel hungry so you eat something on the run only to feel hungry less than an hour later? This ever happen to you? Well….your body might be telling you that you are thirsty not hungry. What about that mild headache? Do you run and grab a pain reliever? A mild headache could be the first sign of dehydration. Your body is really smart…The problem is that we don’t always know what it is telling us.

Knowing this…..doesn’t it make sense to do one very simple thing throughout your day that WILL make your body work better?
