I really want to get some feedback on this one…..Which do you think is better for burning fat? Cardio or Lifting? You can read so many things out there on this topic. I have my opinion but I will wait to share it until I hear from you! So tell me….when you want to burn extra fat off that body where do you turn? Will I find you on the treadmill running like a mad person or in the weight room picking up really heavy things and putting them down? Be honest here. I want to know your true thoughts on this subject. 🙂 Ready……GO!
