So are you finding yourself getting board with your current workouts? Maybe you really don’t like to workout at all. Are you one of those people that used to take dance classes when you were little? Did you enjoy them? Well, why not dance your way back into fitness? I am getting ready to incorporate my tap dance background into my training. It will be a great way to get people moving and they won’t even feel like they are working out. But trust my the cardio will be there and it will be a great strength building exercise for the ankles.

Ask your local Personal Trainers and Group X instructors if they have a dance background. (most gyms have classes with a dancing foundation)

Who knows you just might have a great time! AND you could actually improve your health.
