Husband of 28 years. Father of 2 and Grandfather of 1. I have been Training/Coaching since 2010 and Wellness Consulting since 2002. I love seeing people do things that they never thought they could. I was super skinny in my 20s. Gained weight in my 30s (I was tired of being the skinny guy). Then in my 40s figured things out. Now I am at a healthy comfortable maintainable weight. When it comes to fitness I call a spade a spade and will hold people accountable with a loving but firm approach. If you aren’t having fun with this you will usually stop. Yes it will be difficult at times but so worth it!
